Pf4 is a catalyst between unmet community needs and the ability to seek funding to find solutions. The organization and its board are a 100% volunteer effort. This means that all donations and sponsorships are applied directly to project cost.

Chances are that we will help someone you know through our efforts…neighbors, families and friends. Our efforts are guided to provide programs that are not already established within the community. We choose to sponsor programs that start where other efforts stop. This responsibility is accepted with great scrutiny as the growing community is an eclectic mix of talent, resources and needs.
